The Ginn Auditorium, located on the basement level of our building at 1010 N. Thompson Street, is easily accessible from I-95, I-64 and W. Broad Street.
The Ginn Auditorium is approximately 775 square feet with a connected 184 square foot kitchen and has the following features:
- Wireless Internet
- Free off-street parking (back parking lot is available for events/meetings on weekends and after 5 pm on weekdays)
- Elevator for accessibility
- 51 chairs (additional folding chairs are available)
- (10) 2ft x 6ft rectangular tables
- (8) 4ft diameter semi-circle tables
- Full kitchen
- Keurig and/or percolator available (coffee and supplies not included)
- Portable 70 inch flat screen monitor with laptop for AV presentations (HDMI connection, bring adapters as needed)
Facility Rental Rates
|Weekdays 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.||$30 for two hours|
|Weekdays 5:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.||$40 for two hours|
|Weekends 9: 00 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.||$40 for 2 hours, $75 for 6 hours; over 6 hours $175 flat fee.|
