At Health Brigade, we believe that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. Our Mental Health & Wellness Services are designed to empower individuals, enhance life satisfaction, and provide compassionate care in a safe, inclusive environment. We support clients—ages 18 and older—in identifying, understanding, and overcoming life’s challenges, no matter where they are on their journey.
Our dedicated team of therapists, doctors, nurses, and specialists collaborates to offer personalized care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether in-person or through telehealth, we are committed to making mental health support accessible, affirming, and effective.
What We Offer
Thanks to our growing network of volunteer mental health providers, Health Brigade provides a wide range of free and low-cost mental health services, including:
- Specialty Mental Health Services – Traditional 50-minute talk therapy sessions focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and substance use. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches to help clients navigate life’s complexities.
- Psychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management – Comprehensive assessments and medication support for those who may benefit from psychiatric care. Our providers work closely with clients to find the right treatment plan.
- Ryan White Part B Services – Dedicated mental health and substance use counseling for individuals living with HIV, ensuring holistic and affirming care.
- Support Groups – A variety of peer-led and professionally facilitated groups, including:
